The countdown is on! Carpy’s Racing Team is hitting the ground running as we prepare for our first official race of the 24-25 season—the Burbank Brawl at NORCAR Raceway, happening December 13-14. After an unexpected early departure from the Todd Putnam Memorial due to family health concerns, we’re more motivated than ever to make a strong statement at this season opener.
A Fresh Start with Unmatched Determination
The Todd Putnam Memorial was supposed to be our season’s launchpad, but life threw us a curveball. Stepping back was the right choice for the family, and now we’re coming back stronger, more focused, and ready to show what Carpy’s Racing is all about.
This time, we’re heading to NORCAR Raceway with a renewed energy and a lineup that’s ready to make some noise.
The Team: Drivers to Watch
Our team roster for the Burbank Brawl is stacked, featuring the talents of Derreck Carapellatti and Jeff Carapellatti, two racers who know how to get it done on the track and at post race dinner! 🤪🤣
• Derreck will be running both the NASCAR Losi and the 17.5 PanCar, showcasing versatility and ability to adapt to different cars. Not to mention, we’re unveiling the killer wrap for his NASCAR Losi!
• Jeff, a team brand influencer and the backbone of our shop preparations, will be taking on the 1/10 13.5 PanCar and the Losi NASCAR.
