Inside the Shop: Where the Magic (and the Mayhem) Happens at Carpy’s

If you’ve ever wondered what actually goes on behind the scenes at Carpy’s Print Company… you’re not alone. Turns out, it’s a mix of controlled chaos, caffeine, ink stains, and a whole lot of hustle. That’s exactly why we started a new video series and playlist called Inside the Shop — to give you a raw, unfiltered look at what goes into the day-to-day grind of screen printing, embroidery, signage, and vehicle wraps.

Spoiler alert: It’s not always pretty. But it is pretty fun to watch.

From early morning shirt setups to those classic “wait, where’s that order?!” moments, this series dives into the real side of running a print shop. You’ll see Seth running the press in a sleeveless shirt (always), Earl flying through embroidery orders, Moe pretending not to be grumpy while lining up graphics, and the rest of the crew doing everything from installs to packing orders to chasing UPS down the driveway.

Why We’re Doing It
We wanted to create something more than just polished photos of finished projects (although those are cool, too). Inside the Shop is about showing the process. The long days, the small wins, the screw-ups, the saves — and all the weird things that happen in between. It’s the kind of stuff you can’t fake — and we thought it deserved a spotlight.
