Upon approval, your embroidered hats will be shipped within about 5-7 business days. Please be mindful that shipping times may be affected by holidays.

Our designs can incorporate up to 15 different colors, and we recommend the pro tip: "Less Colors, More Often, Look Best." Thread colors are conveniently sent with the artwork proof. Note that different screens may display colors differently, but we use only high-quality Madeira 100% polyester thread.

For design sizes, centered designs adhere to a standard sizing of 2.3" tall and 4.5" wide, maintaining your design's proportions. Offset designs have a maximum size of 2.3" tall and 2.8" wide while keeping proportions in mind.

While we cannot guarantee shipping times, rest assured that orders will be meticulously designed, processed, and shipped accordingly. If you place multiple separate orders, expect to receive separate shipments.
